The "Paper Crafters Workshop" is
easy to use software that allows you to design and create your own unique
papers, or inserts for use within you card projects. It is based on our
popular "Topper & ATC Designer" and includes many features of
our other software ranges. The new program has been tested on Netbooks and
has been designed to fit within the limited screen size of those machines but
will utilise your home PC as well.
The program comes with over 130 shapes which can be used
to create stunning designs to go with all your current projects. We have
combined all the features of our software range and created a program that will
allow you to use your imagination to the full to create unique Cards, Backing
papers, ATCs, Toppers, Tiles, Stackers, Faux Layered Stacks, Duo backer
sheets in different layouts, Gingham Sheets, Borders, Medallions, Text Backers,
Image Backers, Gradient Backers, Tiled backers, Yearly and Monthly Calendars and
much more.
For a quick preview of some of the
functions available within the program click on the links below.
This tab contains one click commands for creating single papers or inserts.
You can choose your paper size and then change your mind as the software will
re-size all the shapes for you to fit in the new page size.
All the samples below were created using the functions in the
"Paper Crafters Workshop" and are for personal use only.

A background sheet of Best Wishes in lilac, made using the Paper
Crafters Workshop. The colour for the wording was picked from the
daisy toppers.
Easy to make using the text backer, type in the saying/s you want and
pick a font, size & colour. I used the Curlz font on this
sheet
10 toppers of the lilac daisy. You will find this picture
in the flower section of your program, it's the red flower and I used the
hue and saturation to create the lilac colour.
A background sheet of gingham created from the Paper Crafters
Workshop using lilac & pink picked from the flowers to co-ordinate with
the toppers
Greetings were created using multi line text, font used was Curlz
in a size 18. Colours were picked from the flowers to co-ordinate
with the other sheets in the set.
This is a small sample of some of the things that can be
achieved using either the "Gingham" backing paper or the "Gingham" shape
functions available in the program. You can change the size and
colour of the horizontal and vertical stripes and change both vertical and
horizontal spacing, you can drop an image onto it and create stunning
backing sheets.
This is a 2 page PDF file created from within the program,
one page uses the "Stacks" layout function and the other page is the
"Components" function. The text shape at the top right of the first
page was created using the "Tiled" text and the font colour was chosen
using our "Pick" colour function that lets you choose a colour from your
project images or from anything displayed on your desktop. The text
with "Best Wishes" in was created using the "Curved Text" function and the
font colour was chosen using the same function mentioned above.
The program can create a PDF file from a single page or
one containing all the pages in your project.
This is another 2 page PDF file created using the same
methods as the one above with the addition of the "Layered Stack" that
replaces the tiled text shape. To simply change either stack type
it's just a simple matter of dropping an image onto stack you want to
change. The Geo-Scope layout was created using the same image but
using a different mirror position and Zoom value. If you were to
change the paper size to A5 or A6 then all the shapes would be resized
automatically for you to fit onto the new page size.
The Layered Stack was copied to the scratch pad in the
program and then copied to the standard stack page, it couldn't be
simpler.
This is a single page PDF file containing a page created
using the "Standard Stack" from the "Layouts" page. The tiled text
shape and greeting shape font colour was chosen using our "Pick" function
which allows you to select a colour from any image in your project or the
desktop. You can also load another picture into the colour selector
and choose your colour from that.
To change the text in the tiled text shape you can either
edit the text using the built in editor, select text from the "Verse"
section of the program and drop it onto the shape or drop any other text
file on your PC onto the shape, it couldn't be simpler.
